2. The staff were great and very helpful in trying to accommodate us but it's very difficult for them to fix a lot of the problems due to the fact that the property is basiclly worn out.

3. Our room was on the back side of the hotel that has a train line running about 50 yards away so the view out the window wasn't great.

5. The bar/restaurant thing at night in the hotel isn't that great imo more of a sports bar and the service in it while ok isn't great.

10. The restaurant in the hotel is very pricey though, so if you're on a budget, I don't recommend eating there, there are so many other great venues nearby that are cheaper.
