1. The staff were great and very helpful in trying to accommodate us but it's very difficult for them to fix a lot of the problems due to the fact that the property is basiclly worn out.

3. helped us with lots of inquiries :-) When we arrived about 4 hours early for check in we were offered a room to the rear of the hotel which apparently is close to the train line.
