1. The only bad thing was our experience in the Round Robin (bar area) very rude bar tenders especially a forgien woman.

3. When I approached Ali for directions to a nearby pharmacy, he was extremely polite and helpful (he even politely asked another hotel employee who was somewhat rudely bothering him to do something to wait until he was finished helping me).

6. We were given a standard room and she had left some items for us (very nice) Upon arriving the valet's were rude and the bellhop was even worse.

7. But the worst thing was the service i received in the hotel bar with the most rude bar tender ( a lady) who was unhelpful and agressive we were going to dine in the bar but after this we left and went to the W Hotel next door.

8. I agree with the earlier poster who stated that Priority Club members aren't treated fabulously, but they weren't rude.

9. The matre'd VERY RUDELY informed my husband that he DID NOT have our reservation, they were completely booked and there was pretty much, nothing we could do about it.
