It was also disapointing that the staff were not as helpful as the rest of the hotel and on one occasion the waitress down right
rude
to a family in front of us.

When I approached Ali for directions to a nearby pharmacy, he was extremely polite and helpful (he even politely asked another hotel employee who was somewhat
rude
ly bothering him to do something to wait until he was finished helping me).
