1. When i phoned in later to complain, the person who answered told me no manager was available to take my call.

4. We complained - hey we're spending thousands on a function tomorrow - is this the best you can do? The carpets needs replacing, the walls throughout the hotel need painting, new mattresses [mine was concave in the middle], the staff are brash and unprofessional.
