1. I also kept a manicure set provided in the room as a souvenir (for some $25 or 30 fee), but the quality was really poor.

2. The staff do try and make up for poor facilities, inadequate staffing levels, tired rooms, long waiting at the reception, inadequate training, exclusion from facilities for private functions, over-pricing etc.
