2. I got no problem for getting free wifi password from reception although my colleagues complaint thet were not alowed to access free wifi at lobby eventhough with valid id and room key.

4. There was a W hotel next door, which looked amazing, so if I were to go back to DC I would prob investigate staying there- bit more groovy - but as I said, no complaints.

6. My only complaints would be that water pressure was terrible (I understand they are going for the eco-friendly low flow shower heads but if you have to take a shower that is twice as long not much water is being saved.

7. We asked to speak to their manager named TSIOU TSEGAYE who came 20 minutes later after we asked for her and to our dismay she appeared to be so arrogant and even stated that they cannot do anything with our complaint because their hotel is really expensive.
