1. Being only a block from the White House the location is excellent unless you feel you would be disturbed by Marine One passing in and out.

3. My room had two interconnecting doors, one of which was right by my bed and linked to the adjacent bathroom, which meant a lot of noise and even light from around the edge of the door would disturb me at night, and this was my main dissapointment with my stay here.
