I called guest services and was

ly interrupted when I asked if they had any other bedding so that we could be comfortable during our stay.

Eventually I got the room but after 8 hours of flying I was not in the mood for

staff especially considering that I'm an A-Club Platinum member and last year stayed over 90 nights at Sofitel hotels.
