1. I called guest services and was rudely interrupted when I asked if they had any other bedding so that we could be comfortable during our stay.

2. Eventually I got the room but after 8 hours of flying I was not in the mood for rude staff especially considering that I'm an A-Club Platinum member and last year stayed over 90 nights at Sofitel hotels.
