1. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and large by DC standards - the food was excellent, somewhat pricey but very large portions.

4. (I recommend Occidental Bar and Grill at the Willard--though pricey; Filomena in Georgetown--though painfully noisy) The one downside was that there seemed to be little awareness of how to get around/eat/etc on a less that bloated budget.
