1. (I recommend Occidental Bar and Grill at the Willard--though pricey; Filomena in Georgetown--though painfully noisy) The one downside was that there seemed to be little awareness of how to get around/eat/etc on a less that bloated budget.

2. The bar scene in the evenings is sometimes quite noisy, and in the summer, there is a sidewalk patio that is fun.

6. The rooms were fantastic, although we didn't have a great night sleep, but I find that is difficult in city centre hotels as they get so warm, and air con, although available is rather noisy.
