3. By the way, I'm not a whiner, but when my 'preferred' status merits me no upgrade, the worse view in the hotel, next to the elevator and the room has debris left from the previous occupants, unstocked minbar, broken lamps and broken doors, etc.

4. Shower dripped and leaked everytime I used it, bathroom picture frame was broken and looked glued back together.

5. Our sink was broken and this was fixed within the hour - however when we mentioned lightbulbs that were out these were never fixed.
