1. Look for deals - we paid about $175/night which isn't all that bad for a great location in DC.

4. ) We thought the view from our original luxury suite looking into an office building across the street was really bad until we moved to the new luxury suite which had a view of the back of the hotel.

5. Very nice rooms, only bad thing about it is they charge you for the refrigerator eveytime you open it even if you do not take anything.
