1. Saving the worst for last, this was the last straw for a supposed 5 star resort, the ROOM SERVICE was an absolute insult.

6. The worst thing that happened two days ago, my husband and I returned from lunch and he dropped me off in the north Westin country club parking lot which is the Golf club, Red Door Spa and work out facility entrance.

8. The worst thing about our stay here was the fact that the housekeeping and facility staff are constantly 'zipping' through the walkways in golf carts -- often too fast -- and while walking, we always had to be aware of them and often avoid them by stepping off the paths.
