3. The only negative that we noticed was that the exterior of the rooms (the stairwells and exterior doors) are in need of some touch-up.

10. The only negative was that, there was a room a few doors down that it appeared had room service delivered to their room one day and the room service tray with dirty dishes were still sitting outside their door 2 days later.
