3. When we did call, our experience was treated as though we were making it up to get a better rate--the absurdity of that notion would have been lost on the rude and accusatory manager if he had known our experience both personally and professionally with the hospitality industry.

Worst of all is that while there for 5 days, kitchen staff, from the bar called Sabino, once off work hung out at the pool and did rude and crude things with their girl friends such as sitting on the bar counter, drinking directly from the fountain and acting out unmentionable things not fit for a 10 and 8 year old to see.
