1. ice maker didn't work, room refig didn't work, pool lounge chairs are a safety hazard (we watched as many guest tripped over the over-extended back legs), and the loud stomping noise coming through our ceiling from the floor above.

3. The next day three other people attending the conference also commented that they heard loud footsteps from the rooms above them, so I would recommend asking for a room on a top floor.
