1. When we asked if we might be able to get a suite because of some sleep problems one of us was having, the manager quickly agreed to this.

3. The beach at Bacara is no cleaner or dirtier than the beach at the Four Season's in Montecito - tar is a local problem and they can't do anything about it.

4. On top of that, a lot of beaches in Santa Barbara have problems with tar on the beach, something you should be aware of no matter where in town you stay.

7. The resort couldn`t have been more the 50% full due the remodel so it wasn`t that Bacara was short staff, it seemed that they had a management problem.

8. 5 mins passed, 10 minutes and im like WTF??? so i go up to the lady again and ask what the problem is and why we cant be seated and she said it will just be a couple more minutes.
