2. The rooms are small and the bathroom opens to the main room, so there is a lack of privacy and the noise factor bothered us.

3. My only complaint is that the resort was rather dark at night so we used our flashlights and there is a lack of signage at the resort and in Santa Barabara in general.

7. The property is beautiful but maybe because it is so underperforming (lack of guests) they are trying to gauge the ones that are there.

8. The resort in May could not have benn emptier but the service in both the spa cafe and Bistro could not have been slower-- even thought there apppeared to be plenty of staff relative to the crowd or lack there of.
