2. A bad sign, and taken into consideration with the many other negatives we encountered, would lead me to believe that the hotel is having financial troubles.

3. I would recommend when you are checking out to call for one of the golf carts to come pick you up, as the walk is a bit uphill - not too bad, but can be annoying if you are carrying bags.

4. Now, what in-room dining staff have you ever known to be able to recommend a good bottle of wine over a bad? Both in-room staff tried to help but both had heavy hispanic accents.
