8. the atmosphere was horrible and it took almost four hours to get all three courses, and might i mention that the restaurant was quite empty so there was no good reason for the delays.

9. Some servers were good, mostly around the pool and bar but after we voiced our horrible dinner experience at the resort`s restaurant Miro, both management and staff treated us coldly and the bartender called us troublemakers.
