6. The way off shore oil rigs is so not a big deal and not a bad sight - the sulfur smell I may have noticed once, barely - the private beach has a lot of history and our feet never got dirty from tar.

7. The locker areas where very unclean and full of dirty linen and you could not find an employee anywhere, the Fitness person was on the telephone on a personal call and completely ignored us as we are trying to figure out how to navigate the equipment and where to go for our class.

9. The beach is like all beaches around this area - not dirty, but covered in seaweed and debris - which has it`s own natural charm but it`s not a place you want to go - the pool is better - be sure to reserve your chairs early.
