1. Bacara is a beautiful resort and like many resorts has negative issues as well as positive.

2. I had an issue during my stay and contacted the manager and it took 5 calls and 9 days to get a call back after my initial call.

3. Even after lengthy conversaton the hotel would not resolve the issue in any way and the people I spoke with were rude.

4. We were kindly upgraded to an Executive Suite after an initial issue with our original room not being ready - this turned out to be a blessing.

7. They even have these petroleum wipes when you get off of the beach because they know of the issue.

8. If I had know about the petroleum wipes and issue - that the petroleum on the beach and in the water was that bad, I would have never walked on the beach.
