The front desk, especially the manager (whose name I unfortunately didn't get) and one employee named Tanner (although the rest of them are wonderful as well) assisted us with everything we needed, from immediately replacing a burned out light bulb, to bringing up an extra blanket when we were cold, etc, all with a warm smile on their faces.

2. unfortunately the building does not have double glazing and as our room was close to the street it was far too noisy (that and the elephant in the room above us).

6. unfortunately, a homeless person parked outside our room in the early morning and spent about 15 minutes yelling obsenities, and then started sobbing.
