1. One visit to SB we had an unplanned ten day extended stay because of unexpected medical issues, and the staff was willing to go the extra mile when our needs changed.

2. I had no issues with the room or parking as when I pulled up the valet said it was valet parking only.

3. I'm a light sleeper, so the one issue I had was our room was located next to the parking lot, and they're were a few partiers whooping it up around two in the morning, but other than that, we slept well.

7. The hotel is downtown so it was a little noisy (in particular the rooms overlooking the main road outside) and the curtains didn't black out the rooms so morning daylight could be an issue for some people.

8. Aside from those issues, the hotel's location in the middle of downtown is great - there are many shops and restaurants in walking distance.

9. Ask for a room not facing the street if noise is an issue with you.

10. The only minor issue was sometimes there wasn't enough parking spots and hotel valet had to park car off premises (I assume at some other lot).
