1. it's an older hotel, so noises from the hallway and outside do creep in the room, but not terribly.

6. Parking is terrible - there is a small little lot at the hotel which can only hold about 15 cars, and if that`s full you have to give it to the valets - who for the most part seemed quite uninterested in providing service - or even being at the valet stand.
