The less good: we had a first floor room right on busy Haley Street, so we couldn't ever open the curtain; the bathroom was pretty
dated
; the location isn't ideal - it's not on the best part of State Street and it's not on Cabrillo (the beach).

We booked a room at the Holiday Inn unaware of the nonrefundable clause associated with the
