3. Price is expensive in spite of the contract rate ($140/night) and parking costs extra ($9/day) but considering hotel's prime location and how popular Santa Barbara is with tourists, I suppose the value is OK.

6. It doesn't have a bar or restaurant, but that isn't a problem as there are plenty nearby - we can particularly recommend The Palace which serves New Orleans style cajun and creole style food, expensive but really really good.

8. This is right next to State Street and all of the great shops- it was a bit expensive for the type of room, but staff is courteous and room was clean- just what we needed.

9. Had a lovely stay overall despite lack of sleep and thought it was good value for money as most other Santa Barbara hotels are way more expensive.

10. There are some good bars in town,one right at the end of the street, serving good food, and beer(although the wines on offer are a little expensive, when compared with buying from the wineries, my advice is do a tour buy some wine and relax on the balcony at the hotel.
