I am horrified to read such terrible reviews - Frank the Hotel Manager was fantastic - polite, helpful and friendly, we could not fault his customer service, particularly during our arrival which was fairly late at night when he recommended restaurants, gave us tourists guide leaflets and directions to attractions etc.

2. Finally, when I checked out, I spoke to Frank, the general manager who was rude, self righteous, NOT apologetic and showed absolutely NO empathy for our terrible experience.

3. A hole in the door, a balcony outside but with no access to it, the terrible noise from the other rooms, the pool with so much railing around it, it looked like a prison.

4. Stay on the top floor because we stayed on the bottom floor and the noise level was terrible from our upstairs neighbors.
