1. Only minor complaint is that the toilet paper was as thin as you'll find anywhere.

2. My only complaint is that the walls are pretty thin, so if you had a room like ours, backing onto the soccer fields across the street, you might hear some noise during the day, but at night, it was very quiet, and we slept with no trouble.

5. My one complaint - the pool lounge chairs are stylish but it's impossible to 'lounge' in them unless you're a (very agile & young) gymnast.
