1. Bathroom was a little tired (shower/bath unit was chipped) but hot water was plentiful and the toiletries provided were excellent.

2. The minuses: The age of the place shows -- the concrete around the pool is cracked and needs repainting, the finish is worn through on some of the wood in the room, the porcelain in the sink is chipped, and the furnishings look a little dated.
