1. My only criticism was that I could hear some traffic noise from the highway nearby, but we got used to it.

4. My only complaint is that the walls are pretty thin, so if you had a room like ours, backing onto the soccer fields across the street, you might hear some noise during the day, but at night, it was very quiet, and we slept with no trouble.
