1. -Frank is a genuinely nice person and an accomodating property manager who wants his guests to be comfortable-free parking, wifi, breakfast-laundry on site-close walk to the beach-great valueThe negatives:-the bathroom in our room was carpeted and there was no fan.

6. The other negative that I noticed was that due to the walkways that run in front of the rooms, it is not really feasible to leave the drapes open to allow good cross ventilation at night.

10. The negatives? I was asked more then once at check-in if I smoked and guests must sign a waiver stating that if you smoke anywhere on the property, you will be charged a couple of hundred dollars.
