1. Main issue for me was the freeway noise, being a light sleeper that was a problem.

2. The only real issue I see with this hotel is that it is on many different levels with lots of stairs and no elevators.

4. The office closes nightly, so there isn't someone available 24/7 to help with any issues that may arise.

5. The noise factor was the only issue, but it is expected with outdoor entrance and the set up of the hotel, so I was not disappointed.

8. After what I've read since getting home, I'm relieved that these issues were all so low-level, since it sounds like the management becomes considerably less friendly when confronted with any variety of complaint.
