1. The area to improve is that the hotel is to noisy and you can hear the people below and besides your room.

5. He said if it didn't work after 15 minutes, tell them the following day to switch rooms for the remainder of the stay, though he did warn us that the 3rd floor is very noisy because that's where the air-conditioning generators are located.

6. this place sucks dont stay here if you have kids the room was disgusting the carpet was filthy the room smelled horrible the guy at the front desk oscar had a bad attitude he was un proffesional the room was very very noisy the parking was terrible homeless people all around what you see online is not what you get dont stay here this was the worst hotel we ever stayed at.

7. It is very noisy (thin walls), in a very bad part of town (homeless camp next door), pool and jacuzzi is dirty, carpet on room floor is sticky/dirty (wear shoes) and breakfast is poor and not as advertised (stood in line over twenty minutes for breakfast one morning).
