2. The only thing I could think to complain about was that the outside walls were thin and it was quite audible when people were loud outside but we were in a corner room right near stairs which made it more heavily trafficked.

9. There were some who complained that they got left behind because they turned up 10 minutes late to be picked up, but when you consider that the drivers needed to go on and get guests from other locations such criticism of the drivers was completely unjustified.
