8. It is very noisy (thin walls), in a very bad part of town (homeless camp next door), pool and jacuzzi is dirty, carpet on room floor is sticky/dirty (wear shoes) and breakfast is poor and not as advertised (stood in line over twenty minutes for breakfast one morning).
