1. There were a few minor maitenance issues (loose door lock, broken light socket) but these issues were addressed with Rosa at the Front Desk who insured she would correct the issues.

2. interesting arrangement in a separate building across the street - kind of a free for all with broken toasters, tired looking fruit and basic bagels.

3. They offered free breakfast, but if you did not purchase the breakfast upgrade for $5/person, you got broken toasters and never enough cereal.

4. Not only were the rooms not clean, but nothing worked; the coffee maker was broken and the a/c was soooo loud.

5. The ice machine was broken for the whole week we were there, so we had to buy ice and put it in the mini fridge (which didn't even get cold enough to cool a can of soda) to try and make it last awhile.
