5. Room smelled of mildew/body odor, screen on the window was damaged from where someone had clearly removed it from the window and jammed it back in place, TV had poor reception and no HBO despite being listed as an offered channel.

6. The room was smaller that what expected, the "view" from the patio was of an alley, the room smelled like mildew and the blankets were wet, the bathroom was small, the sofa bed didn't work, the "hot breakfast" was ok, but still not what was expected.
