1. When I had hoped to checkout in a hurry, I had to wait more than 10 minutes in line, as there was only one employee and another was loudly vacuuming the lobby at the same time.

5. The only thing I could think to complain about was that the outside walls were thin and it was quite audible when people were loud outside but we were in a corner room right near stairs which made it more heavily trafficked.

7. I just think the management should make the best effort to keep families in the main hotel, and let the usecured suites area be the domain of the rowdier folks who won't mind the loud music or overhearing *stuff* into the wee hours.

10. the area its in is a little loud and there were people on the street who would sit in the parking lot and yell at eachother, the cops got called once or twice in the 5 days we stayed there because of some people downstairs fighting with the manager.
