1. We only had minor issues like the weird bathtub water controls and the fact that the drain stopper in the tub screwed in and out instead of being worked with a leaver.

2. I stayed at room 140 and while it was nice and roomy (I think it doubles as a business meeting room) it smelled like molds and had a weird although comfortable bed with mirror ceilings (hmm wonder what for, lol).
