3. so get your advise from the 3-11 gal that was her specialtywe had trouble with a reservation the 7-3 lady could have said too bad so sadbut the guy working on the morning we had the issue took control and ta da solved it with expedia on the spot.

4. Being a Priority Rewards I won't let this bad experience with this particular Holiday Inn Express ruin my staying a member and returning to another Holiday Inn.

10. The staff was amazing, they were extremely helpful (had a bad situation with a changed flight that i learned about last minute, they took care of getting me a cab and checking me out extremely quickly).
