From the time we were picked up at the airport in a free shuttle to being taken back the same way, we had absolutely nothing to

The next day upon leaving, we
complain
ed to the hotel Manager about the issues with the room and she stated that since we had been offered a new room at 7pm the night before the departure, it was sufficient to address the issue.
"Leaking hotel rooms, poor customer service, horrendous experience. Beware! "

ed and had to check out of our room and leave our bags at the front desk and return in the afternoon check in again and be allocated another room.
