1. The hotel front desk service was always polite and friendly however, a simple problem of having the phone unblocked took three days and was quite frustrating.

2. At first we thought that was out of line, but, as we found this hotel to be at the center of all we wanted to do, we discovered $12 a day was a minimal fee for the convienence of not fighting for parking spaces, frustration at not knowing where to drive, park and go.
