7. We had booked a 'King room with a balcony' and upon arrival we were given a room on the first floor that was below a ledge of some sort and smelled of smoke, and had no balcony of course.

9. I stayed at room 140 and while it was nice and roomy (I think it doubles as a business meeting room) it smelled like molds and had a weird although comfortable bed with mirror ceilings (hmm wonder what for, lol).

10. Hallway smells and there are loud machine noises- Paper thin walls: you can hear hallway door slamming which wakes you up in the middle of the night and early mornings- Door key card keep getting de-magnetized even when it is stored separately from credit cards.
