2. It is a massive hotel (2 towers with 40 floors each) but unfortunately they don't have enough staff or elevators to accommodate.

4. ' Um, what? We have to rush through our meal because this hotel does not have an adequate supply of service tables?unfortunately, this hotel takes advantage of conferences that are held here and the attendees of them.

6. I was expecting a great view, being on the 24th floor, I believe it was, but unfortunately not much of the bay was visible, a partial view of the city was visible, but the most prominent feature was the other hotel tower.

7. unfortunately they haven't updated the rooms in a great while.

8. Room service is available (unfortunately) - if you try to sleep before 11pm be prepared to here room service anouncing their arrival with enough decibles to be heard anywhere on your floor.
