After receiving HORRIFIC customer service and cancelling our reservation on the spot, we were left wondering what are we going to do now??? I had my husband load the entire

rental back up and said we are headed to the hyatt and hopefully they can find a room.

Also, the parking garage (for something like $24 a day) had really

spaces with many cars over the lines, so parking was difficult and annoying, sometimes with a long slow line of cars waiting to exit.
