1. There's tiny card in the corner of the bathroom that suggests calling the front desk if new linens and room cleaning are needed during your stay.

8. After receiving HORRIFIC customer service and cancelling our reservation on the spot, we were left wondering what are we going to do now??? I had my husband load the entire tiny rental back up and said we are headed to the hyatt and hopefully they can find a room.

10. Also, the parking garage (for something like $24 a day) had really tiny spaces with many cars over the lines, so parking was difficult and annoying, sometimes with a long slow line of cars waiting to exit.
