2. I'm not sure who made the mistake, Hyatt Manchester or Alaska, but I'm sure that Hyatt Manchester didn't even attempt to help us even though we had a paid reservation with their hotel through Alaska Airlines Online.

3. Also, I was told that the situation would be looked into by Alaska Air to determine what happened with my reservation and why there was such a mistake, I have not heard anything yet.
