2. I found the staff at the front desk to be a bit rude, and the attendents on the concierge level are not concierges as they decribe in the room discription.

3. this is by no means a reflection on the entire staff as some of the club lounge servers and concierge went out of their way to be accomodating, but the few rude individuals such as the front desk clerk who checked us in left a bad first impressioncleanliness- this is a very big hotel which , however we found that the overall cleanliness and attention to detail was sloppy.
