1. This wouldn't be such an issue if you were staying with one other person, but for someone who booked a room with two queens for four people, it was a tight squeeze.

2. The only down part was that the room walls are pretty thin so sleep could be an issue.

3. Moreover, the keys were not programed correctly which remained an issue every day that I stayed there : I had to go to the main desk and have them reprogram the key every morning and one evening (I did not have the key next to a magnet or cell phone).

7. I've stayed here twice and had billing issues to clear up each time (first time was charges from the previous room occupant on my bill, second time was convention billing issue).

8. We found out that this hotel had just been sold and was under new management, so this transition may be the reason for the service issues.
