In any hotel I've stayed in before they have always offered remunerations to make up for something that went
wrong
- a flooded room certainly deserved more than an apology.

We had breakfast provided with our meal, but we ordered from the

menu so the food was billed to our room.

Don't get me
wrong
, the Greyhound is right across the street but to be honest with you, the noise wasn't that bad at all and my room was adjacent to the Greyhound.

I'm sure the hotel is fine if there are no issues but as soon as something goes
wrong
don't expect any help from the management.

When we called to get a replacement they refused, and argued with us on the phone saying there was nothing
wrong
with the cream or the coffee and they weren`t going to give us a 'freebee.

Second stay: I stayed there only because I had the voucher, and upon arrival they had my reservation WRONG - and had already CANCELLED my reservation because they claimed I was a 'no show', when really they were the ones who made the mistake.
